INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS acts in full compliance with European Regulation no. 679/2016 (hereinafter, for brevity: GDPR) and, in compliance with the regulations contained therein, with this information provides all the information on the processing of your personal data and on the rights you are entitled to.

  1. Owner and manager of the treatment

Data Controller (i.e. the person responsible for making decisions regarding the purpose, method of processing personal data, security and the tools used) is COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, with registered office in Via Martini, 6 A – 46043 Castiglione delle Stiviere (MN), VAT number 01408600201 in the person of its legal representative Mr. Francesco Zaglio, domiciled for the role at the registered office of the Company.

  1. Purpose of the processing and legal bases

The personal data of the interested party (i.e. the data provided to the company, also through registration on the site) are provided to COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, and processed by the latter, also through communication to third parties when necessary and instrumental, for the following purposes:
a) for purposes strictly connected and instrumental to the execution of obligations deriving from relationships, including contractual, established with COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, to allow and manage your registration on the site, to use the services offered and for administrative and accounting purposes and for the fulfillment of obligations established by current legislation pursuant to art. 6 b) GDPR

Authorization for the purposes referred to in points a), b) e c) preceding it is mandatory; the refusal could make it impossible for COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO AND C. SAS to provide the services and / or execute the obligations arising from the relationships established. The related processing finds its legal basis in the consent of the interested party expressed by ticking during registration or by sending an email to studio@studiozaglio.it by writing: I express my consent. Furthermore, the processing satisfies the legitimate interests of the Data Controller such as: execution of the contract, invoicing, collection of credits.
However, it is to be considered purely optional, and therefore any refusal does not constitute an obstacle to the provision of the services provided by COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, the consent to the processing of one’s data for the following different purposes, functional to the activity of COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS ex art. 6 a) GDPR.
The related processing requires the consent of the interested parties:

  1. Processing methods

The personal data of the interested parties collected for the purposes directly related to the provision of the services provided, will be processed by employees and collaborators, both internal and external, of COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, formally appointed to do so pursuant to art. 4 GDPR which persons formally authorized to carry out the processing of personal data.
The treatment of the same can take place through manual, computerized and / or telematic systems, including automated, in compliance with the rules and principles of lawfulness and correctness, through the most suitable methods to guarantee their security and confidentiality; they will be communicated to third parties only where strictly necessary.

  1. Communication to third parties

COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS, in compliance with everything already provided for in the previous points, communicates the data of the interested parties to:
– the designers to allow them to carry out the obligations they have assumed towards the interested parties / supporters;
– to suppliers of consultancy services external to the company, such as, but not limited to, legal, tax, tax and similar services, and/or to suppliers of IT services whose support COMPUTER CENTER DI ZAGLIO DOTT. FRANCESCO E C.SAS can use it in the exercise of its business;

7.1. RIGHT OF ACCESS

7.2. RIGHT OF RECTIFICATION

L’art. 16 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the correction of inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the interested party has the right to obtain the integration of incomplete personal data, also by providing an additional declaration.

7.3. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION

L’art. 17 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the cancellation of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the reasons provided for by the law exists.

7.4. RIGHT OF LIMITATION

L’art. 18 of the European Regulation allows you to obtain from the data controller the limitation of processing when one of the hypotheses provided for by the law occurs.

7.5 RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

L’art. 20 of the European Regulation allows you to receive in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, the personal data concerning you provided to a data controller and you have the right to transmit such data to another data controller without impediments from part of the data controller to whom he provided them.
Furthermore, it allows you to obtain the direct transmission of personal data from one data controller to the other, if technically feasible

7.6 RIGHT OF OBJECTION

L’art. 21 of the European Regulation allows you to object at any time, for reasons connected to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 1, letters e) or f), including profiling based on these provisions.

7.7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT

L’art. 7 of the European Regulation allows you to revoke the consent you have given at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before the withdrawal.

7.8. RIGHT OF COMPLAINT

L’art. 77 of the European Regulation, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the Regulation, you recognize the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor), in particular in the Member State in which you usually reside, work or in the local area. where the alleged violation occurred.
